Full-time Stairlifts and comprehensive home access Company information Stair Ride Company is a full-service, consultative, home access business enabling older individuals and individuals with disabilities to remain in their homes. Stair Ride is built on the foundation of quality and service that we have provided since 1965 to over 10,000 customers in the Greater Philadelphia area. We are a healthcare driven construction business where the core services revolve around residential access and mobility. www.
StairRideCo.com During the next 15-20 years we will continue to grow as we build out the region's premier, full-service home adaptation firm enabling older individuals and individuals with disabilities to remain in their homes with comfort and dignity. We serve private clients, Medicaid participants and the Veterans Administration by building barrier free bathrooms, performing accessible construction, installing grab bars, and installing and servicing stairlifts, ramps, auto lifts, ceiling & vertical platform lifts. Description of role Your experience will include previous work as a contractor or in a specific trade. Mechanical ability, work ethic, ability to work both as a team and independently, and desire to learn are all key. Prior experience with stairlifts is a big plus. The ability to use hand and power tools and the ability to learn technical product knowledge is essential, as well as the ability to read installation site prints and technical bulletins.
