In this energetic role, you will be responsible for installing, assembling, and finishing kitchen cabinets with precision and care. Your expertise will help transform spaces, ensuring every detail aligns perfectly with design plans and client expectations. Duties Measure, level, and install kitchen cabinets according to blueprints and schematics with accuracy and efficiency Use hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment to assemble and secure cabinetry components Read and interpret detailed schematics, drawings, and installation instructions to ensure precise placement Prepare work areas by cleaning, protecting surfaces, and ensuring safety protocols are followed on-site Collaborate with project managers, designers, and other tradespeople to coordinate installation timelines and resolve issues promptly Perform finishing tasks such as caulking, sealing joints, and touch-up painting to achieve a polished look Conduct quality checks throughout the installation process to maintain high standards of craftsmanship Requirements Proven experience in cabinet installation or related carpentry work within the construction or restoration industry Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and technical drawings specific to cabinetry projects Skilled in using hand tools (e.g., screwdrivers, hammers), power tools (e.g., drills, saws), and fabrication equipment Familiarity with trim carpentry, framing carpentry, metal stud framing, drywall finishing, and other related skills Ability to lift heavy materials safely and perform physically demanding tasks regularly Experience working on construction sites with adherence to safety standards and protocols Knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, flooring installation, tile laying, or roofing is a plus but not mandatory Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt quickly on-site during installations Join us in creating stunning kitchens that inspire!
