Having served Middle Tennessee for over 70 years, we're known for our quality, design, excellent service, and value. We're seeking a full-time cabinet maker and installer to join our team. As part of the role, you'll assist with the cabinet production process from end to end including: taking measurements, assisting with cabinet production, installing cabinetry, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You'll report to the General Manager of Production and will work alongside a team of talented cabinet makers.
Responsibilities :
Take measurements at homes and construction sites for new jobs Assist with building and assembling cabinets Read and interpret blueprints and design plans to ensure precise installation Gather, load, and perform quality checks on all parts needed for each installation Loading, unloading, installation and refinement of cabinetry at both main factory and work sites Ensure premium installation with the detail, and final adjusting of installed cabinetry at job sites or customer homes Maintain a clean and organized job site and company vehicle Qualifications and requirements: Experience with cabinet installation or carpentry Ability to read, build and install from shop drawings & AutoCAD blueprints Knowledge/experience with woodworking machinery & tools (drill, sander, table saws, etc.) Current and valid driver's license and clean driving record Commitment to maintaining safety standards and policies Physical able to lift heavy (50 lbs.) materials frequently each day, work overhead, kneel, stoop, stand, crawl, or sit for long periods of time, and work in all types of weather Willing to work some Saturdays Ability to work in a fast paced environment while maintaining quality of work Strong organization and communication skills Must be able to take direction and work independently Posses a high level of professionalism with customers and coworkers This position offers a drug-free workplace, and a supplement check for insurance.
