About the Role As a Cabinet Maker and Custom Wood Fabricator, you will transform raw materials into high-quality, functional pieces that define our craftsmanship standards. You will play a vital role in our production cycle, ensuring that every project meets precise design requirements while contributing to a collaborative and creative workshop environment. Responsibilities Execute precise cuts and shaping of lumber to meet exact project specifications. Assemble complex wooden structures and custom furniture, ensuring structural integrity and aesthetic appeal. Operate a variety of industrial power tools and hand tools with a focus on safety and precision. Partner with the design team to bring custom wood projects from concept to finished product. Conduct rigorous quality inspections to ensure every piece aligns with our high standards for durability and finish. Optimize workshop efficiency by maintaining an organized, clean, and safe production area. Continuously refine your technical skills by applying modern woodworking techniques to traditional projects. Qualifications Required Skills Demonstrated professional experience in woodworking, carpentry, or custom fabrication. Comprehensive understanding of wood properties, joinery, and finishing techniques. Proficiency in interpreting complex blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings. Proven ability to maintain high attention to detail while meeting production deadlines. Strong collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team-based shop. Preferred Skills Vocational training or relevant industry certifications in cabinet making or fine woodworking. Experience with CNC machinery or advanced wood-shaping equipment. Demonstrated creative problem-solving skills in custom furniture design.
