In this role, you will be responsible for crafting, assembling, and installing custom cabinetry and furniture pieces with precision and craftsmanship. Your expertise will contribute to creating high-quality, functional, and aesthetically pleasing cabinetry solutions for a variety of residential and commercial projects. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your woodworking talents and work on diverse projects that demand attention to detail and a passion for excellence. Responsibilities Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate fabrication and installation of cabinets. Cut, shape, assemble, and finish wood and other materials using hand tools, power tools, CNC machinery, and fabrication equipment. Measure spaces accurately and perform precise framing, drywall installation, and metal stud framing as needed for cabinetry integration. Install cabinets, fixtures, doors, trim carpentry elements, siding, and related hardware securely on-site. Perform surface preparation tasks such as caulking, plastering, roofing repairs, flooring installation, tile laying, and painting to ensure seamless finishes. Conduct heavy lifting safely during material handling and assist with rebar installation, concrete forming, or masonry work when required. Maintain a clean work environment by adhering to safety standards on construction sites while managing multiple projects efficiently. Skills Extensive experience with construction estimating, blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and project planning. Proficiency in woodworking techniques including cabinet installation, door hanging, fixture installation, and metal stud framing. Skilled in the use of hand tools (e.g., chisels, saws), power tools (e.g., drills, sanders), CNC machinery, and fabrication equipment. Knowledge of construction site safety protocols along with experience working on various construction sites or restoration projects. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining precision in tasks such as tile laying or water damage restoration. Familiarity with plumbing systems, electrical experience related to fixtures or lighting installations, and remodeling processes. Strong understanding of schematics for electrical wiring or mechanical systems involved in cabinetry or fixture setup.
