Job Description

Lead Installer We're hiring a Lead Installer with strong experience installing high-end residential cabinetry and architectural millwork. We're looking for someone who can walk onto a jobsite, understand the standard, and execute clean, high-level work with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities include:
Installing custom cabinetry, built-ins, panels, trim, hardware, and millwork Reading plans/shop drawings and executing installs accurately Leading installs on site and maintaining a professional presence with clients/builders Problem-solving in the field while protecting finish quality Managing punch work and final fit/finish details Coordinating with project managers and shop team as needed Maintaining clean, organized, high-standard jobsite execution Ideal candidate has: Proven experience installing high-end residential cabinetry/millwork Strong finish carpentry and cabinet installation skills Ability to read and work from plans and shop drawings Clean problem-solving skills in the field High attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship Ability to lead jobs and work independently Professional communication and strong jobsite awareness What we're looking for overall We are specifically looking for turnkey candidates — people who already know this work and can step in with confidence. You may be a fit if you: Have real experience in custom cabinetry / millwork / high-end residential work Take ownership and don't need to be micromanaged Communicate well and stay organized Care about quality, professionalism, and follow-through Can represent the company well with clients, builders, and designers Not a fit if: You need extensive training to do the job You've only worked in production or entry-level install environments You struggle with accountability, communication, or field problem-solving
