$100,000-$180,000+ per year (Based on Experience) Build a Career with Texas Bath & Shower Texas Bath & Shower is growing and looking for experienced Acrylic Bath Installers to join our team. If you have experience with one-day bath remodels, carpentry, or residential remodeling, we'd like to hear from you. We take pride in delivering high-quality bath and shower installations while providing an outstanding experience for every homeowner. If you're dependable, take pride in your craftsmanship, and enjoy working independently, this could be the opportunity for you. What You'll Do Install acrylic bath and shower systems in customers' homes. Complete one-day bathroom remodels. Perform carpentry, trim work, and basic plumbing as needed. Take accurate measurements and prepare installation areas. Follow company installation standards to ensure quality workmanship. Keep the work area clean and respect customers' homes. Review completed installations with homeowners and answer any questions. Complete required paperwork and job photos. Maintain tools, equipment, and installation materials. What We're Looking For At least 2 years of experience in bathroom remodeling, carpentry, or home renovations. Experience installing acrylic bath or shower systems is preferred. Basic plumbing knowledge is a plus. Ability to read a tape measure and take accurate measurements. Experience using hand and power tools. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to lift up to 100 pounds. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Dependable, self-motivated, and customer-focused. What We Offer Full-time, year-round work.
