WHO WE ARE

Lynn Floyd Architectural Millwork, part of the Reichert Woodworks family of companies, is a prestigious architectural millwork shop specializing in custom mouldings, radius millwork, doors and windows. We utilize cutting edge technology, including CAD, Weinig moulders and CNC's, to manufacture beautiful millwork for high-end custom builders and remodelers. As a teaching and learning shop, we enjoy continual improvement and specialize in complex projects that challenge even seasoned woodworkers.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Dedicated, hard worker and attentive learner with passion for woodworking Moulder and CNC experience preferred, but not required At least 2 years of woodworking or carpentry experience Integrity of character and pride in doing a beautiful job right the first time Attention to detail and proficient in carpentry math (tape measure, fractions, etc.)

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Operate moulders, saws & CNCs, and craft radius jambs & millwork Learn to grind profile knives and set up sophisticated machinery Identify, select and handle hardwood species for each custom project Learn advanced lean manufacturing, working efficiently to produce fine products Be an important and valued part of a winning team
