The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various construction and carpentry tasks, with the ability to read blueprints and schematics. This role involves working on-site to install millwork including cabinets, countertops, wall and ceiling panels, trim, and casework. Duties Installation of cabinets, laminate countertops, and trim with precision. Execute trim carpentry tasks as per project specifications. Read and interpret blueprints and schematics for accurate project execution. Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols. Qualifications Proven experience in the construction industry with a focus on millwork and/or carpentry. Strong skills in woodworking. Ability to perform heavy lifting and work in varied conditions on construction sites. Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail for quality assurance. Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members. Ability to work after hours and weekends occasionally, as required by general contractors or site conditions.
