In this energetic role, you'll be responsible for installing custom millwork, cabinetry, doors, and other wood components with precision and care. Your expertise will help bring architectural visions to life while ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency on every project site. Duties Measure, cut, assemble, and install millwork components such as cabinets, trim, molding, doors, and siding according to blueprints and schematics Use hand tools, power tools and fabrication equipment to accurately complete installations Read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure precise placement of fixtures and woodwork Perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks safely while maintaining high standards of craftsmanship Coordinate with project managers and other trades to ensure timely completion of installation phases Seal gaps with caulking or stucco; apply finishing touches like painting or touch-up work as needed Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and materials while adhering to safety protocols Experience Proven experience in trim carpentry, frame carpentry, or related fields within the construction or restoration industry Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, and metal stud framing techniques Familiarity with blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and technical drawings for accurate installation planning Background in cabinetry installation, door hanging, siding application, or fixture installation preferred Strong understanding of safety standards on construction sites; ability to perform heavy lifting safely Join us to build exceptional spaces through expert craftsmanship!
