This role involves overseeing installation teams, managing project timelines, and ensuring the highest quality standards are met on every job site. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in carpentry, fabrication, and construction, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for craftsmanship. Join us to play a pivotal role in transforming spaces through expert millwork installation, ensuring client satisfaction and project success at every turn. Duties Lead and supervise installation crews, coordinating daily tasks to meet project deadlines while maintaining safety standards. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute custom millwork installations. Perform precise trim, frame, door hanging, cabinet installation, and fixture setup using hand tools and power tools. Conduct quality inspections during installation to ensure craftsmanship aligns with design specifications; troubleshoot issues proactively. Assist with fabrication tasks such as woodworking, CNC machining, and metalworking to prepare components for installation.
Requirements :
1. Spanish and English 2. Possess all the necessary carpentry tools for installation. 3. OSHA 30 Certification. 4. Capable of communicating and resolving problems directly with project managers. 5. 7-10 7-10 years of experience as a Team Lead and Installer 6. Available to travel according to the needs of projects to be executed by the company
Pay:
$27.00 - $30.00 per hour
