Sign Maker

Sign Maker Duties:

• Design and create various types of signs, including banners, posters, and vehicle graphics
• Operate sign-making equipment such as vinyl cutters, plotters, and large format printers
• Prepare sign materials, including vinyl, adhesive, and substrates
• Install signs at designated locations, ensuring proper alignment and secure attachment
• Collaborate with clients to understand their signage needs and provide design recommendations
• Maintain inventory of sign materials and supplies
• Ensure quality control by inspecting finished signs for accuracy and visual appeal
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sign making or graphic design is preferred
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, or SignLab
• Knowledge of sign-making techniques and materials
• Attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with clients and team members
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
