Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and motivated /cabinet maker to join our dynamic construction and restoration team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting, installing, and repairing custom cabinets and woodwork with precision and craftsmanship. Your expertise will contribute to high-quality projects across residential, commercial, and restoration industries, ensuring client satisfaction through meticulous attention to detail and superior workmanship. Duties Measure, cut, assemble, and install custom cabinets, fixtures, and woodwork according to blueprints, schematics, and project specifications Read and interpret detailed construction drawings, schematics, and technical plans to ensure accurate fabrication and installation Utilize hand tools, power tools, CNC machinery, and fabrication equipment to shape wood, metal, and composite materials with precision Perform framing, metal stud work, drywall installation, plastering, stucco application, siding, roofing, and flooring as needed for project completion Execute finishing tasks such as caulking, painting, trim carpentry, door hanging, fixture installation, and water damage restoration Collaborate with project managers and other tradespeople to coordinate schedules and ensure timely project delivery Conduct heavy lifting safely during material handling or rebar installation for concrete forming or masonry projects Requirements Proven experience in carpentry with a focus on cabinet making or woodworking in construction or restoration environments Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and technical drawings Proficiency with hand tools (e.g., saws, chisels), power tools (e.g., drills, sanders), CNC machinery, and fabrication equipment Experience in construction estimating, framing carpentry (metal stud framing), drywall finishing, tile laying or flooring installation is preferred Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining high standards of craftsmanship Knowledge of various construction disciplines including plumbing, electrical work, masonry or roofing is a plus Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail; ability to adapt quickly on the job site Valid construction site experience with familiarity in restoration industry practices such as mold remediation or water damage repair is advantageous Join our team today to bring your craftsmanship to life!
