Millwork Fabricator Position Summary We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Millwork Fabricator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience fabricating and assembling high-quality architectural millwork, cabinetry, countertops, and specialty projects. This role requires strong craftsmanship, the ability to read technical drawings, and a commitment to delivering exceptional quality while meeting project deadlines. Essential Responsibilities Fabricate and assemble custom architectural millwork, cabinetry, countertops, and specialty projects. Read and interpret architectural drawings, shop drawings, and production documents. Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently. Perform custom fitting, laminating, solid surface fabrication, and final assembly. Maintain exceptional quality standards throughout all stages of fabrication. Collaborate with the Custom Projects Lead to resolve fabrication challenges and ensure timely project completion. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Assist with packaging and loading completed projects as needed. Qualifications Experience in custom millwork, cabinetry, woodworking, or related fabrication environments. Ability to read and interpret shop drawings, blueprints, and production specifications. Proficiency with woodworking equipment, power tools, and hand tools. Experience with laminates, solid surface materials, and custom fabrication techniques preferred. Mill, Fabrication
