Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Modular Office Installer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently installing modular office units, ensuring they meet all safety, quality, and design specifications. Responsibilities Read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and technical drawings to accurately install modular office components. Use hand tools and power tools to assemble, install, and secure modular units on-site. Measure dimensions precisely with tape measures and other tools to ensure proper fit and alignment of materials. Install fixtures such as cabinetry, doors, flooring, drywall, tile, and plumbing or electrical components as specified in project plans. Follow safety protocols including ladder use and proper handling of construction materials to maintain a safe work environment. Conduct quality inspections during installation to verify adherence to specifications and identify any adjustments needed. Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and clients to ensure timely completion of installations while maintaining excellent customer service. Experience Proven experience in construction installation or remodeling projects with a focus on building material installation. Familiarity with interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and construction plans. Hands-on experience with drywall installation, tile masonry, caulking, fixture installation, cabinet setup, door hanging, flooring installation, and framing carpentry. Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, ladders, and measuring devices such as tape measures for precise work. Knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems is a plus for integrating fixtures seamlessly into modular units. Prior experience working on construction sites with an emphasis on safety practices is highly desirable.
