Full-Time Position Summary We are seeking a skilled Aircraft Cabinet Builder to join our aircraft interiors team. This role is responsible for fabricating, assembling, and finishing high-quality cabinetry and interior components for aircraft completions. The ideal candidate has strong woodworking skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work from engineering drawings in a fast-paced, precision-driven environment. Key Responsibilities Fabricate and assemble aircraft cabinetry, monuments, and interior components Interpret and work from engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions Cut, shape, and bond materials including laminates, veneers, composites, and substrates Perform detailed fitting, trimming, and assembly to tight tolerances Install hardware such as hinges, latches, and brackets Apply finishes including laminates, edge banding, and surface treatments Ensure all work meets quality standards and regulatory requirements Inspect completed work for accuracy, fit, and finish Collaborate with Engineering, Upholstery, and Installation teams Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with shop standards Qualifications 2+ years of cabinet building, woodworking, or related experience Experience with hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred Qualifications Experience in aircraft interiors, marine, or high-end custom cabinetry Familiarity with aerospace materials and processes Experience working with composites and lightweight structures Understanding of FAA-related quality standards (a plus) Key Competencies Precision and attention to detail Manual dexterity and craftsmanship Problem-solving and adaptability Time management and ability to meet production deadlines Work Environment Production / shop environment Use of woodworking tools, adhesives, and finishing materials Standing for extended periods and lifting materials as required What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Opportunities for advancement within aircraft interiors Stable, team-oriented work environment Exposure to high-end, custom aircraft projectsPay:
