Job Overview Sterling Woodworks LLC is looking to take our business to the next level, and we are retooling our business accordingly to attract the kind of talent it takes to be the best Cabinet Making and Millwork Fabrication and Installation Company in the Central Texas area. We are looking to fill positions in our newly created experience and expertise rated system. We are currently developing a training program to internally train future Fabrication and Installation technicians; therefore, we need to fill positions at several levels including:

• Entry Level (no experience necessary)
• Apprentice
• Journeyman

We have a newly developed career structure with four levels ranging from Entry Level to our top classification of Master. The classifications are based on experience and knowledge or expertise. • High school diploma or equivalent plus two to three years' previous experience.
• A clean driving record, the ability to pass regular drug testing, and a clear background check.
• Proficient use of office software such as Microsoft Office
• Proficient knowledge of construction materials, tools and their use
• Proficient operation of a forklift.
• The ability to lift 75 lbs. on a regular basis
• Multi-tasking is a must in this fast-paced environment.
