  • 45 per hour, depending on experience and skill level About the Position We are looking for a skilled, dependable, and detail-oriented Cabinet Installer to join our team.
We specialize in European-style (Euro) cabinetry, ranging from semi-custom cabinets to highly customized, one-of-a-kind projects for new construction and remodels. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in their craftsmanship, enjoys working with their hands, and can deliver high-quality results. We are looking for individuals who value precision, professionalism, and attention to detail. Job Duties & Responsibilities Install European-style cabinets in residential new construction and remodeling projects. Install semi-custom and fully custom cabinetry to meet project specifications and design plans. Accurately measure, level, plumb, and align cabinets for a precise, professional finish. Install cabinet boxes, doors, drawer fronts, hardware, hinges, and drawer slides. Adjust and fine-tune doors, drawers, and hardware to ensure proper operation and consistent reveals. Perform scribing, trimming, shimming, and fitting for a clean, seamless installation. Install fillers, panels, toe kicks, finished ends, floating shelves, hoods and other cabinetry components, as needed. Work with a variety of materials, finishes, and cabinet configurations. Read and interpret cabinet plans, elevations, and installation drawings. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site. Protect cabinetry, countertops, flooring, and other finished surfaces during installation. Communicate professionally with homeowners, contractors, project managers, and team members. Identify and resolve installation challenges while maintaining high-quality workmanship. Ensure all work meets company standards and project specifications. Qualifications Previous cabinet installation or finish carpentry experience preferred. Experience with European-style frameless cabinetry is a plus. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality craftsmanship. Ability to read measurements, plans, and cabinet layouts. Comfortable using power tools, hand tools, and installation equipment. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Task-oriented and self-motivated. Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic. Ability to lift and handle cabinets and materials safely. Professional attitude and a willingness to learn and improve. Pay & Compensation Hourly pay: $20
  • 45 per hour, based on experience, skill level, and quality of workmanship. $20
  • 25/hour: Entry-level installers or individuals with basic carpentry skills who are willing to learn. $26
  • 30/hour: Experienced cabinet installers who can complete installations with limited supervision. $31
  • 45/hour: Highly skilled installers capable of handling complex, high-end custom cabinetry installations with precision and minimal supervision.
