Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team as a Wood Fabricator, where your craftsmanship and attention to detail will bring custom wood projects to life! In this role, you will be responsible for transforming raw wood materials into high-quality finished products, such as wood hoods, floating shelves and faux beams
  • supporting various construction and restoration projects.
Your expertise in woodworking, fabrication, and carpentry will be essential in delivering exceptional results that meet client specifications and industry standards. This is an exciting opportunity for skilled artisans passionate about building and restoring with precision and creativity. Duties Operate hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment to cut, shape, assemble, and finish wood components Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate fabrication and installation of wood products Assist in construction estimating by providing material take-offs and cost assessments for projects involving woodwork Fabricate custom cabinetry, fixtures, siding, flooring, doors, windows, and other wood structures according to project specifications Support framing carpentry tasks such as metal stud framing, door hanging, and heavy timber assembly on construction sites Perform restoration work including water damage repair, mold remediation, plastering, stucco application, and siding replacement Install fixtures such as cabinets, moldings, trim carpentry elements, and other wood-based components with precision Conduct site inspections to ensure safety standards are met during heavy lifting, rebar installation support, or roofing projects involving wood structures Collaborate with team members on remodeling projects involving flooring installation, tile laying, electrical wiring for fixtures, or plumbing rough-ins Qualifications Proven experience in woodworking, fabrication, or carpentry within construction or restoration industries Skilled in using hand tools (saws, chisels), power tools (drills, sanders), CNC machinery and schematics reading Knowledge of construction estimating processes related to wood materials and project scope planning Familiarity with blueprint reading for custom wood projects and structural framing plans Experience with heavy lifting techniques safely handling large or heavy wood components Ability to perform drywall finishing such as plastering or stucco application when needed for restoration projects Strong understanding of safety protocols on construction sites including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) Join us if you're eager to apply your craftsmanship in a fast-paced environment where quality craftsmanship makes a real difference!
