Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Cabinet Installer/Helper to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will assist with the installation, assembly, and finishing of custom cabinets and related fixtures. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in carpentry and construction while contributing to high-quality renovation and remodeling projects. Duties Assist with measuring, cutting, and fitting cabinetry according to blueprints, schematics, or project specifications Use hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment to assemble and install cabinets, doors, trim, and fixtures Support the team in heavy lifting, material handling, and site cleanup to ensure safety and efficiency Read and interpret construction drawings, schematics, and blueprints for accurate installation Help with framing, drywall installation, caulking, and finishing touches on cabinetry projects Participate in site preparation activities such as concrete forming, rebar installation, or masonry work as needed Follow safety protocols on construction sites including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) Qualifications Prior experience in construction or carpentry is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and basic carpentry techniques such as trim carpentry and framing Knowledge of blueprint reading and schematics for cabinetry or general construction projects Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently on active job sites Basic understanding of construction estimating practices is a plus Strong work ethic with attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to follow instructions accurately Join our team today if you're ready to build your career in the restoration industry!
