Senior Cabinetmaker - Architectural Millwork

Overview:

Worthington Architectural Millwork [WAM] is seeking an experienced Cabinetmaker to join our team. We are a high-end residential cabinetry and millwork shop specializing in custom projects tailored to the vision of architects, interior designers, and discerning clients. This role is ideal for a skilled craftsman who takes pride in precision, understands the nuances of custom work, and enjoys contributing to a collaborative, detail-driven shop environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Fabricate and assemble custom cabinetry and millwork components to specification Read and interpret shop drawings with a high level of accuracy Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently Ensure all work meets WAM's quality standards for high-end residential projects Collaborate with production team members to meet deadlines and project requirements Assist with fitting, adjustments, and pre-installation preparation as needed

Qualifications:

Proven experience in cabinetmaking and/or architectural millwork Strong understanding of casework construction methods Ability to read and execute from shop drawings Proficiency with standard woodworking equipment CNC experience is a plus, but not required Strong attention to detail and commitment to craftsmanship Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Schedule:

Full-time Monday through Friday 7:30 AM - 4:00
