Job Description

We are a growing custom production cabinet shop on an exciting path — we're actively transitioning to lean manufacturing to build a smarter, more efficient operation. That means we're looking for people who want to be part of something bigger than just showing up: team members who take ownership, help improve processes, and grow alongside the company. Whether you're brand new to the trade or a seasoned shop hand, if you're motivated and reliable, we want you on our team. Responsibilities Assemble cabinet components according to shop specifications and work orders Operate hand tools, power tools, and shop machinery safely Measure, cut, and prepare materials with accuracy Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Work with the team to meet daily production goals Perform quality checks on completed pieces before finishing or delivery Participate in continuous improvement efforts as we build out our lean processes What we're looking for Reliable and punctual — shows up ready to work Able to stand, lift, and work in a shop environment throughout the shift Attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship Experience in woodworking, cabinetry, or manufacturing is a plus — but not required Willingness to learn, improve, and take direction Comfort with change — we're evolving and want people who embrace that Team player with a positive attitude What we offer Competitive hourly pay based on experience Full-time, stable hours Paid holidays On-the-job training — we'll teach you what you need to know A chance to be part of building something — not just working in it Opportunity to grow with a growing company
