We're seeking an experienced Lead Carpenter / Installer who takes pride in craftsmanship, leads by example, and knows how to keep a job running smoothly from start to finish. If you're the type of person who can walk onto a jobsite, organize the work, communicate with clients, coordinate crews, and still jump in and produce quality carpentry work, we want to talk to you. What You'll Be Doing This is a hands-on leadership role. You'll be responsible for both producing high-quality work and managing day-to-day jobsite operations.
Your responsibilities will include:
βœ” Framing, finish carpentry, cabinetry, doors, windows, and general residential construction βœ” Reading plans, specifications, and scopes of work βœ” Supervising crew members, apprentices, and subcontractors βœ” Managing daily schedules, production goals, and jobsite organization βœ” Coordinating materials, tools, and inventory βœ” Communicating with homeowners, vendors, inspectors, and project managers βœ” Maintaining a safe, professional, and efficient work environment βœ” Tracking progress and helping projects stay on schedule and on budget What We're Looking For You are someone who: Has 7+ years of hands-on carpentry experience Has at least 2 years of leadership or crew supervision experience Can confidently read plans and solve problems in the field Takes ownership of projects and follows through Communicates professionally with clients and team members Leads with accountability, professionalism, and integrity Shows up every day ready to work and help others succeed Required Qualifications Strong residential or light commercial construction experience Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Personal carpentry tools Excellent organizational and time management skills
Requirements:
