The Role We're seeking an experienced Cabinet Maker with a strong foundation in the trade and a desire to continue refining their craft at a high level.

This is a bench-focused role centered on fabrication and assembly. Our work is custom and varied—this is not production line work. Responsibilities Fabricate and assemble custom cabinetry and millwork Set up and operate woodworking machinery (table saws, jointers, planers, mortisers, etc.) Read and execute from shop drawings and specifications Perform precise layout, cutting, joinery, and assembly Select and match materials for grain and visual consistency Inspect and refine work to meet shop standards Support general shop workflow, including material handling and occasional delivery Qualifications 5+ years cabinetmaking or fine woodworking experience Ability to produce clean, accurate, high-quality work Strong understanding of materials and joinery Ability to read and execute from shop drawings Reliable, punctual, and self-directed Team-oriented with a professional attitude This role is best suited for someone with a solid foundation who is looking to operate at a higher level of craftsmanship.
