Manufacturing and Delivery - Doors and Cabinets

Position Overview Olympic Mountain Millwork is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Shop Technician to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience using basic woodworking tools who takes pride in producing high-quality work. You'll be involved in the delivery, preparation, assembly, sanding, and finishing support of doors and millwork products. Key Responsibilities Operate hand tools, table saws, and orbital sanders safely and effectively Assist in door and millwork fabrication and assembly Perform sanding and surface preparation to meet finish-ready standards Support finish sanding operations (preferred experience) Inspect materials and finished products for quality and accuracy Load, unload, and move materials and completed products (may be heavy) Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop environment Assist with deliveries as needed

Qualifications Required:
