Full-Time About Us We are a custom woodworking shop specializing in handcrafted saunas, custom cabinetry, furniture, and architectural woodwork. Every project is unique, and we take pride in exceptional craftsmanship, attention to detail, and creating one-of-a-kind pieces for our clients. We are looking for an experienced and motivated woodworker who enjoys building high-quality custom products and takes pride in their work. Responsibilities Build custom saunas, cabinetry, furniture, and architectural millwork Read and interpret shop drawings, plans, and specifications Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently Cut, shape, assemble, and install wood products to precise tolerances Participate in all phases of production, from material preparation through final assembly Assist with on-site installations when required Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Work independently while also collaborating with a small, skilled team Qualifications 5+ years of experience in woodworking, cabinetry, finish carpentry, furniture making, or related trades Strong understanding of woodworking techniques, joinery, and construction methods Ability to read drawings and accurately execute custom work Experience operating common woodworking equipment including table saws, jointers, planers, sanders, routers, and other shop machinery Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated Valid driver's license preferred Preferred Skills Cabinet making experience Furniture building experience Finish carpentry experience Veneering, laminating, or specialty woodworking skills Installation experience Ability to troubleshoot and solve construction challenges independently What We're Looking For We're not looking for someone who simply assembles parts. We want a craftsperson who enjoys building custom work, takes ownership of projects, and values quality over speed. The ideal candidate is passionate about woodworking and takes pride in creating beautiful, lasting products.
