We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Fermentation Technician to join a team in Dothan, AL. You will work Monday - Friday 6am - 2pm.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and adjust fermentation processes and equipment. Report equipment failures and major process issues to the Supervisor. Ensure adherence to production schedules and safety guidelines. Maintain accurate records for fermentation, separation, and cleaning processes. Perform yeast separation and follow molasses process to minimize loss. Follow safety and food safety regulations, including handling chemicals safely. Assist with environmental cleaning and general maintenance.

Qualifications:

High school diploma required; 3+ years of experience in food-grade production or process industry preferred. Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Ability to follow instructions, manage time, and multi-task. Strong attention to detail and basic knowledge of manufacturing processes. Good communication and teamwork skills.
