PRADCO Outdoor Brands (PRADCO) manufactures and markets major hunting and fishing brands and products. We are a leader in producing game calls, scents, attractants, game feeders, game cameras, tree stands and fishing lures. Job Summary Production Operators are responsible for molding, painting, sanding, trimming, sealing, assembling and counting product. Other duties as assigned.

Job Responsibilities
  • Producing product that meets daily quality and production standards.
  • Must follow safety protocols to include wearing proper PPE at all times in designated area.
  • Responsible for maintaining a clean working environment.
  • Perform other job duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
  • Must be able to add, subtract, multiply and divide numbers and fractions.
  • Must be a team player and work well with others.
Essential Job Function
  • The employee is required to use their hands to pull, push, handle, or feel of the product being produced. They must also have the ability to stoop, kneel or crouch.
  • The employee must occasionally lift and/or move more than 50 pounds.
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and color vision.
  • Employee will stand 95% of the workday.
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles and or hazardous chemicals.
