2nd Shift (2:30 PM start) Position Summary We are seeking a Post Processing Technician to support precision cleaning and chemical processing operations in a cleanroom manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for ensuring aerospace-grade components meet strict cleanliness and quality standards through chemical processing, inspection, and documentation. Key Responsibilities Perform precision cleaning in Class 1-5 cleanroom environments Conduct particle and NVR (non-volatile residue) sample collection and verification Handle and manage solvents, chemicals, and process adjustments Maintain lot traceability, serialization, and accurate production documentation Monitor and maintain lab equipment and cleanroom conditions Support chemical processing including additions and adjustments based on data Operate equipment such as laser marking systems and jib cranes Manage inventory of lab consumables and chemical supplies Troubleshoot processing issues and support continuous improvement efforts Ensure compliance with safety, SOPs, and EH&S standards Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required 3+ years of experience in precision cleanroom manufacturing 2+ years performing cleanliness verification (particle/NVR testing) Experience handling chemicals in an industrial or lab setting Strong attention to detail and documentation skills Ability to follow strict safety and cleanroom protocols Preferred Experience Nitric and citric passivation, cleaning, or anodizing Semiconductor, aerospace, or medical device cleanroom experience Familiarity with borescopes and particle measurement equipment Experience working in fast-paced production environments Computer proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook)
