Full Job Description Sales Associate/Battery Tech Duties:
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate product recommendations
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain technical features to customers
- Assist customers with product selection and answer any questions or concerns they may have
- Use in house computer system to find the correct product the customer needs
- Upsell customers on items and provide a full range of options for customers.
- work with wrenches and tools to perform battery replacements on customers vehicles
- Perform repairs on customers phones and tablets(training and certification provided)
- cut keys and program key fobs and remotes to customers vehicles(training provided)
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Meet or exceed sales goals on a regular basis
- Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent customer service
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in technical sales is preferred
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to build rapport with customers and provide exceptional customer service
- Basic knowledge of computer systems and software applications
- Ability to replace batteries in customer's cars and trucks
- Ability to lift up to 70 Pound batteries
