Plating Technician Pay Rate:

Depending on experience, education, and technical background Job Summary We are seeking a bilingual English/Spanish Manufacturing/Plating Technician to join a manufacturing and plating company. Operate and monitor production and plating equipment. Perform basic equipment troubleshooting and identify mechanical issues. Assist with equipment adjustments, setup, and routine maintenance. Follow production procedures and safety guidelines. Inspect equipment and products for quality and proper operation. Use basic math to measure materials, quantities, and production requirements. Complete production paperwork and maintain accurate records. Use computers and basic software for production-related tasks. Safely lift and move equipment, materials, and supplies as required. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members. Learn company plating processes, equipment, and procedures.
