Overview:
Join Xerox as a Chemical Operator, where you will support the manufacturing of Toner and Photoconductor drums using advanced automated production equipment. In this role, you will help ensure the safe, accurate, and efficient production of high-quality products while supporting operational and safety standards. You will work in a collaborative manufacturing environment focused on quality, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.

What You Will Do:
Manufacture Toner and Photoconductor products according to established procedures and quality standards Collect product samples and maintain accurate production and inventory records Perform routine cleaning, maintenance, and safety checks on production equipment and work areas Operate stand-up and sit-down fork trucks as required within manufacturing operations Support shift handoff communication and maintain organized, production-ready work areas What You Need to
Succeed:
High School diploma or GED required Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment while using required PPE Ability to stand, crouch, lift, push, and pull materials and equipment throughout the shift Strong attention to detail and ability to follow operational procedures accurately Flexibility to support multiple production areas and weekend schedules as business needs require How We Set You Up for
