Perform routine preventative maintenance, cleaning, and basic repairs on molds, extruders, and downstream machinery. Adjust temperature, pressure, and cycle time settings to optimize material usage and reduce scrap rates. Maintain clear production logs, equipment maintenance records, and material usage documentation throughout shift operations. Collaborate with production supervisors and team members to ensure a safe, organized, and compliant work environment.
