Accuracy in measuring and recording ingredients is crucial.

Physical Stamina:

Ability to stand for extended periods and potentially lift heavy materials.

Communication Skills:

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and communicate with team members.

Safety Awareness:

Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures. Experience in

Manufacturing or Production:

Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment can be beneficial.

MUST HAVE

Should have the experience of blending/ mixing adhesives/ sealants/ chemicals Should have minimum High school diploma or GED or higher Should have good match skills with the ability to calculate quantities, fractions and accurately measure and recording ingredients for batch making Should have Steel Toed Shoes Should be able to lift heavy weights objects of up to 50 lbs on a frequent basis during a shift Should be open to working overtime
