Hours:
4am-2:30pm Overview Leading pharmaceutical company looking for an Active Ingredient Technician Monolayer. Ideal candidates should have at least a high school diploma and basic understanding of aseptic technique and clean room procedures. Responsibilities Perform activities related to the preparation of vaccine components in an aseptic clean room environment using virus and cell culture techniques according to USDA regulations Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures during process execution Assist with training and coaching current and new employees on required skills Complete and review in-process documentation for accuracy and compliance in a timely manner; maintain technical data and support documentation Participate in root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventative actions to address problems; escalate production flow disturbances Demonstrate a visible and tangible commitment to Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) programs and initiatives Assess individual performance in relation to continuous improvement (AAI) Support site projects and initiatives, including deviation and change control management Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent Basic understanding of aseptic technique and clean room procedures Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing Principles Basic math skills and troubleshooting skills for equipment/automation Proficient with Microsoft Office and other database software systems Excellent oral and written communication skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment Demonstrated problem-solving ability
