As a Process Technician I, you will support manufacturing operations by monitoring production processes, troubleshooting equipment, performing preventative maintenance, and ensuring products meet quality standards.

What We're Looking For:
High school diploma or GED Relevant manufacturing or process technology experience Mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment issues Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks Dependable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to read and interpret manufacturing instructions Commitment to quality, safety, and attention to detail Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks Willingness to work overtime during peak season, including extended shifts up to 7:00 AM-7:00 PM What You'll Do as a
Process Technician I:
Monitor production processes, material flow, and machine operations to ensure quality and customer specifications are met Accurately record and report production data Perform preventative maintenance, testing, and trial runs on equipment Complete tool changes and machine repairs while following all

procedures Conduct quality inspections, burst testing, salinity testing, and weight verification checks Coordinate with maintenance personnel and vendors regarding supplies and work orders Organize and maintain tooling inventory in designated storage locations Support production goals established by plant leadership Assist with directing Inspector/Packers to maximize efficiency and minimize costs Learn and perform tasks across multiple departments as business needs require Maintain a safe, organized, and productive work environment MAU Workforce Solutions is an innovative global company with extensive experience providing solutions for success in staffing, recruiting, technology and outsourcing to our clients, employees, and applicants.
