Job Description

Position Summary:
We are looking for individuals to join our Production Mixing Technician (Batching) team. This position is responsible for accurately weighing, measuring, mixing, and transferring raw materials used in the production of over-the-counter healthcare products. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a manufacturing, production, food processing, chemical processing, pharmaceutical, or industrial environments, while also having previous experience working with measuring, weighing, and/or mixing. Previous batching experience is a plus but not required . We are willing to train candidates with strong manufacturing experience and a demonstrated ability to work with measurements, scales, mixing processes, and written instructions.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately weigh and measure raw materials using production scales and measuring equipment Follow batch records, production formulas, and written work instructions Operate mixers, pumps, hoses, tanks, and other production equipment Transfer ingredients and finished materials throughout the manufacturing process Monitor production processes to ensure quality and consistency Collect samples and communicate with Quality Control personnel as needed Maintain accurate production documentation and records Perform cleaning and sanitation procedures on batching rooms, tanks, and equipment Follow all company safety policies, GMP requirements, and manufacturing procedures Assist with general production activities as required
Qualifications:
Required:
Previous experience in a manufacturing, production, warehouse, food processing, chemical processing, pharmaceutical, or similar industrial environment Experience weighing, measuring, mixing, blending, or handling raw materials Ability to read and follow detailed written instructions and procedures Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and quantity verification Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Preferred:
Experience using industrial scales, measurement devices, or batching equipment Forklift certification or forklift experience Experience working in a GMP, FDA-regulated, food-grade, or quality-controlled manufacturing environment Experience following formulas, recipes, specifications, or production work orders No direct batching experience? Pay:
$19.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 - 50.0 per week
