Meridian Adhesives Group is a fast‑growing global provider of adhesive technologies, serving blue‑chip OEMs, distributors, and industrial clients around the world. Is this you? Do you enjoy hands‑on work—charging raw materials, operating mixers, and seeing a batch through to approval? Are you detail‑oriented and comfortable following precise batch instructions? Can you partner with QC to fine‑tune a formula until it's right? Do you take pride in a spotless, safe workspace and strict PPE compliance? What you'll handle Stage ingredients and manually add them to mixing vessels per batch ticket. Operate and monitor high‑speed dispersers and other processing/handling equipment. Track parameters and adjust under Quality Control guidance until approved. Follow the daily manufacturing schedule; flag issues and improvements to the Supervisor. Maintain housekeeping to standard; immediately report spills or hazards to your supervisor or safety. Uphold all PPE standards throughout the shift. What you'll bring Basic math proficiency and ability to read digital scales. Experience operating high‑speed dispersers and material handling equipment. Ability to read and comprehend English. Strength to lift 50-60 lbs. Chemical manufacturing background preferred. Schedule, pay, and bonus
