Utility Operator (1st Shift) Parker Hannifin Corporation $19.00 - $24.00 / hr United States, Indiana, Jeffersonville 100 River Ridge Circle (Show on map) Jun 12, 2026 Org Marketing Statement Position Summary The Utility Operator supplies and returns raw materials and parts between work-in-progress (WIP) areas and machines, ensuring accurate completion of all supporting documentation. This position also involves filling in at unmanned stations across qualified areas such as Assembly I, II, III and Machine Operators I, II, and III as needed on a day-to-day basis. Responsibilities Alert Supervisor and maintenance personnel of any problems that may arise. Make sure all materials are loaded into the machine in a quick, efficient manner so that downtime is limited. Keep the work area clean, free from debris and compliant with 5S markings. Follow safety rules and regulations Maintain production and operate necessary equipment Record production data Perform quality inspections as needed Train new team members on standard operation procedures as needed Perform other duties as assigned by management Qualifications Education and Experience Requirements HS Degree or GED 2-3 years of manufacturing experience Basic troubleshooting skills Basic computer skills Ability to communicate in English Ability to pass a tape measure test Ability to work independently
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:
