Job Summary:

The "Senior Technician" role is a non-exempt, full-time position.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Leading a team on Exterior Cleaning projects Provides exceptional customer service and maintains professionalism while working in a team-based environment at all times Carries out the following exterior cleaning services: low pressure house & roof washing, exterior window cleaning, high pressure washing, gutter clog removal, concrete sealing, and memorial restorative cleaning based on their respective procedures Carries out the concrete coating services and procedures as directed and trained by management, which includes but isn't limited to the use of hand grinders, hand tools, and large concrete grinders Reviews upcoming project details/instructions, making preparations prior to service calls, completes pre-work inspections, site preparations, post-work reviews, and all necessary documentation to ensure highest level of service quality Safely prepares, handles, and disposes of cleaning agents and other chemical substances per

SDS, OSHA

guidelines, and internal procedures. Operates all equipment and tools in a safe and effective manner at all times Completes various shop-related tasks including inventory management, equipment maintenance, housekeeping, etc. at direction of management. Assists leadership with special projects and R&D activities, as needed Additional duties as they may arise

Qualifications:

Familiarity with small engines, fluid pumps, construction, pressure washers preferred Experience working within a home service industry, or similar preferred Conscientious with an attention to detail is critical to this position Customer-oriented with a friendly disposition Able to work independently or as part of a team in a variety of temperatures and weather. Ability to adapt to and/or solve a wide array of problems on the spot Must be able to lift 50lbs, climb ladders, and complete other physical tasks Valid driver's license with clean record required

Compensation:
