Molding Products is looking for a Production Quality Lab Technician!!This role is on 2nd shift, 2:00pm - 10:30pm with a $2.00/hr shift premium.

What is a QC Lab Technician?

The QC Lab Technician is responsible for performing laboratory testing and quality control activities to ensure raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods meet established specifications. This role works closely with Production and Quality teams to verify product quality, support troubleshooting, and maintain compliance with standards. The position plays a critical role in ensuring product consistency, customer satisfaction, and regulatory compliance.

What You Can Expect to Do as a
QC Lab Technician:
Perform laboratory tests on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished productsFollow standard test methods and procedures to ensure accurate resultsRecord and analyze test data and report findingsVerify that products meet quality specifications and standardsSupport troubleshooting and investigation of quality issuesMaintain laboratory equipment and ensure proper calibrationDocument results and maintain accurate lab recordsEnsure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standardsCommunicate results and issues to Production and Quality teamsMaintain a clean and organized laboratory environmentWhat We Are Looking For in a
QC Lab Technician:
Associate or bachelors degree in Chemistry, Materials Science, or related field preferred03 years of experience in a laboratory or quality control role preferredExperience in chemical or manufacturing environments is a plusStrong attention to detail and accuracyAbility to follow standardized testing proceduresBasic data analysis and documentation skillsStrong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilitiesGood communication and teamwork skillsCommitment to safety and quality standardsWhy Join IP Corporation?
