1st Shift, Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:00

As required Job Summary We are seeking an entry-level Manufacturing Chemical Operator I to support daily manufacturing and production operations. This position involves operating automatic and manual chemical processing equipment, following established operating procedures, performing routine quality checks, and maintaining accurate production records. Key Responsibilities Operate automatic and manual chemical processing equipment in accordance with established operating procedures. Work with equipment such as mixers, grinders, filter presses, dryers, pumps, filtration systems, and filling machines. Perform various production and processing activities while following defined procedures and safety requirements. Conduct required in-process quality control checks and identify/report variations. Enter and maintain production and process data accurately using computer systems. Follow procedures for handling hazardous materials and responding to emergency situations. Ensure production activities comply with applicable safety, quality, and regulatory requirements. Monitor equipment and report malfunctions, abnormalities, or process issues to appropriate personnel. Perform repetitive tasks requiring good manual dexterity and attention to detail. Support packaging, processing, inventory, storage, and other manufacturing activities as needed. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Perform other related duties as assigned. Required Skills & Qualifications Ability to lift up to 27 lbs. Basic computer skills with the ability to perform data entry . Good manual dexterity and ability to perform repetitive tasks involving small products. Ability to follow written operating procedures and established work instructions. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality. Ability to work effectively in a production/manufacturing environment. Ability to learn and operate manufacturing and processing equipment. Prior manufacturing or chemical processing experience is a plus but not required .
Pay:
$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
