Job Description
About the Job Label finished product containers and final packaging according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and batch records. Follow standard Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Documentation Practices (GDP) for appropriate room setup. Complete label reconciliation and accountability where appropriate. Key Responsibilities Label and pack the medication according to SOP with the aim of ensuring that the customer is provided with the correct medication. Clean the workplace according to defined guidelines as well as monitor possible residual materials with the aim of working in a neat and clean environment which adheres to the quality guidelines so as to prevent accidents and incidents. Conduct appropriate documentation per GDP guidelines. Respect the quality, neatness and safety guidelines when carrying out production orders, with the aim of preventing accidents and other unwanted incidents. Other duties as assigned. Basic Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Ability to work with others in a positive and professional manner and to develop and maintain strong working relationships with co-workers and management. Ability to take initiative, including asking for and offering help when needed; performs work independently without being prompted. Ability to prioritize and plan work activities. Manages time effectively and adapts quickly to changing priorities. Working Conditions This position requires standing for extended periods of time, including the majority of the shift. Walking, kneeling, and bending are required occasionally. Pushing and pulling carts loaded with totes of product. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move totes of product weighing over 40 pounds. Team lifting is strongly encouraged. The employee will be required to read small print. Regular exposure to strong chemical odors and fumes. Work may be performed in confined or tight spaces. Moderate to high noise levels from machinery and surrounding personnel.
