Job Description

Antigen Manufacturing Technician M-F 8a - 4:30p, $20 $1000 hiring bonus - $500 at 2 weeks, $500 at 90 days
Position Summary:
The Antigen Manufacturing Technician supports upstream and downstream processing activities within the Antigen Manufacturing Operation. This role focuses on equipment preparation, sterilization, aseptic processing, and general manufacturing support to ensure safe and sterile antigen production used in final vaccine blending. This is a hands-on, labor-intensive role requiring strong attention to detail and the ability to follow strict aseptic and documentation procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform cleaning, setup, and steam sterilization of large-scale manufacturing equipment and filters Assist with preparation and sterilization of media components and processing materials Support fermentation and downstream processing of bacterial antigens Maintain sterile conditions and follow aseptic techniques to prevent contamination Unbox and prepare single-use materials in warehouse areas Move materials using pallet jacks Assist with equipment setup and daily production support activities Complete all required documentation in accordance with Good Documentation Practices (GDP) Maintain clean and organized workspaces, including warehouse and production areas Provide general team support when antigen processing activities are not scheduled
Qualifications:
Previous aseptic processing experience preferred Experience in manufacturing, bioprocessing, pharmaceutical, or regulated environments strongly preferred Ability to follow detailed procedures and maintain sterile technique Strong attention to detail with consistent, error-free execution Ability to lift up to 25 lbs Comfortable performing physically active work in a production environment HS Diploma or equivalent required, BS in Biology or related Science preferred.
