• Process Technician / Tooling Technician

• What You'll Do
• + Monitor and operate production equipment to ensure efficient manufacturing.

+ Perform equipment start-ups, shutdowns, and production changeovers.

+ Troubleshoot mechanical and process issues to minimize downtime.

+ Maintain production quality through in-process inspections and documentation.

+ Work closely with team members to keep operations running safely and efficiently.

+ Help reduce scrap and improve overall production performance.

• + High School Diploma or GED required. + Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. + Reliable attendance and proven dependability. + Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. + Strong communication and teamwork skills. + Previous manufacturing, machine operation, maintenance, or production experience is a plus.

• You'll work in a clean, climate-controlled manufacturing facility. While the facility is temperature controlled, production equipment generates heat during operation.
