What is an Operator (B)?The Operator (B) is responsible for performing intermediate-level production activities, operating equipment, and supporting manufacturing processes with increasing independence and skill. This role handles routine production tasks, follows established procedures, and supports overall production flow while developing technical expertise. The position plays a key role in maintaining consistent operations and progressing toward advanced operator responsibilities.
What You Can Expect to Do as an Operator (B):
Operate production equipment and follow standard operating proceduresPerform batching, mixing, or processing tasks as assignedMonitor equipment and processes to ensure proper operationPerform quality checks and report any deviationsMaintain accurate production records and documentationEnsure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standardsAssist in troubleshooting basic equipment or process issuesSupport material handling and workflow within the production areaMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentContinue developing skills toward advanced operator responsibilitiesWhat We Are Looking For in an Operator (B):
High school diploma or equivalent required13 years of experience in manufacturing or production environmentsBasic understanding of production processes and equipmentAbility to work independently on routine tasksStrong attention to detail and commitment to safety and qualityWillingness to learn and develop technical skillsGood communication and teamwork skillsAbility to work in a hands-on, fast-paced environmentBasic problem-solving and troubleshooting abilitiesWhy Join IP Corporation?
