As a key player in our operations, you will handle materials, operate machinery, and support packaging and warehouse functions with energy and precision. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will contribute to our commitment to excellence and continuous improvement. Responsibilities Operate chemical processing equipment safely and efficiently, adhering to all safety guidelines and standard operating procedures. Monitor production processes, adjusting parameters as needed to maintain quality and consistency. Handle materials with care, including loading, unloading, and storing chemicals using appropriate materials handling techniques. Support packaging operations by preparing finished products for shipment, ensuring accuracy and quality standards are met. Maintain cleanliness and organization within the work area, including laboratory spaces, warehouses, and machining zones. Conduct routine inspections of equipment and facilities to identify potential issues early and facilitate maintenance or repairs. Follow CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practice) guidelines to ensure compliance with industry regulations at all times. Operate forklifts safely for materials movement within the warehouse or production areas, maintaining certification requirements. Collaborate with team members to implement lean manufacturing principles that improve efficiency and reduce waste. Document production activities accurately in logs and reports, supporting traceability and quality control efforts. Requirements Proven experience in manufacturing environments, preferably within chemical or related industries. Laboratory experience is highly desirable for understanding quality testing procedures. Familiarity with lean manufacturing practices to optimize workflows and eliminate inefficiencies. Ability to operate forklifts safely; forklift certification is preferred or required upon hire. Knowledge of CGMP standards to ensure compliance during all production activities. Experience with materials handling, machining, or packaging operations is a plus. Warehouse experience demonstrating ability to manage inventory movement effectively. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills for maintaining safety records and documentation.
