You will utilize your technical expertise to operate complex machinery, perform in-process testing, and maintain a safe, high-performance environment to meet our business objectives. Responsibilities Execute manufacturing processes by strictly adhering to standard operating procedures and safety guidelines to ensure consistent product quality. Perform critical in-process laboratory testing and manage batch documentation to verify that all intermediate and final products meet rigorous specifications. Conduct routine preventive maintenance and initiate work orders to resolve mechanical issues, minimizing downtime and maximizing equipment reliability. Operate material handling equipment and forklifts safely to facilitate the efficient movement and storage of hazardous and non-hazardous materials. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives, including 5S implementation and shop-floor problem solving. Maintain accurate inventory records through regular cycle counts and ensure all incident reporting is completed promptly and effectively. Qualifications Required Skills High school diploma or equivalent. Proven experience in a chemical manufacturing or industrial production environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to changing production demands. Proficiency in following complex written instructions and maintaining precise documentation. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective team collaboration. Preferred Skills Experience with autonomous maintenance and operator-driven quality testing. Familiarity with OSHA and EPA regulatory compliance standards. Demonstrated ability to lead change and contribute to process optimization.
