The Processing Technician I is responsible for various processes associated with cannabis product development, including harvesting, trimming, and processing plant material. This role involves providing the daily care and focused attention necessary to ensure clean, high-quality, and safe cannabis products. Technicians play a critical role in maintaining accuracy, compliance, and quality standards across all processing stages. Plant Processing:
Harvest, trim, and process plant material by hand or using specialized machinery.Inspect plant material for defects using appropriate tools and promptly report concerns to the processing leadership team.
Data Accuracy and Quality Control:
Accurately record data throughout the processing procedures, including inventory, weights, and measurements of plant material, in compliance with company protocols.Adhere to quality control SOPs and verify that quality standards are met during each stage of the process.
