Standard benefits available (Medical, Dental, Vision, & Retirement) About the Role We are looking for an experienced Process Technician with strong manufacturing knowledge, hands-on troubleshooting ability, and the willingness to support more advanced production needs, including tooling changes, changeovers, process adjustments, and production improvement. This role is best suited for someone with direct plastics manufacturing experience. Candidates from a highly similar manufacturing environment may be considered only if they have strong mechanical aptitude, relevant process troubleshooting experience, and the ability to transition quickly into plastics production. Molding Technician, Process Engineering Technician, and other similar experiences translate well into this role. Candidates should have at least 3 years of relevant experience and be able to contribute quickly in a production environment. Compensation will be based on experience, technical knowledge, and demonstrated ability. Key Responsibilities Support production process setup, monitoring, troubleshooting, and adjustment. Assist with machine startups, changeovers, and production readiness. Support tooling changes and related setup activities. Identify and correct process-related issues that impact quality, efficiency, scrap, or uptime. Work with operators, maintenance, quality, and production leadership to resolve production problems. Monitor production processes and make appropriate adjustments within approved procedures. Support scrap reduction, cycle-time consistency, and overall production performance. Follow all safety procedures, quality standards, work instructions, and company policies. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Communicate equipment issues, material concerns, process problems, or quality risks in a timely manner. What We're Looking For Minimum of 3 years of relevant manufacturing or process technician experience. Direct plastics manufacturing experience is highly preferred. Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on troubleshooting ability. Experience supporting production equipment, process adjustments, changeovers, or setup activities. Ability to support tooling changes or assist with tooling-related production needs. Ability to follow documented procedures, work instructions, quality standards, and safety requirements. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Reliable attendance and ability to work assigned 1st shift schedule. Ability to work overtime when required. Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team environment. Preferred Experience Injection molding or related plastics production experience. Experience with tooling changes, setups, and changeovers. Experience troubleshooting process, equipment, material, or quality issues. Experience supporting scrap reduction, cycle-time improvement, and production efficiency goals. Experience in a highly similar manufacturing environment may be considered if the candidate has strong technical ability and can transition quickly into plastics. Physical Requirements This role is performed in a manufacturing environment. Standard physical and work environment requirements apply, including: Standing and walking for extended periods. Working around production equipment, tools, materials, and moving parts. Bending, reaching, lifting, carrying, and performing hands-on production support tasks. Wearing required personal protective equipment. Following all safety procedures and maintaining awareness of surroundings.
